Synopsis
A young man and a young woman yearning for some sort of comfort, a middle aged man trying to kill himself, a middle aged pair of people building a romance, a middle aged office going pacifist and an indifferent woman; these are some of the countless types of people one could probably find in a public setting such as a bus. And, of course, an assertive bus conductor. This world set in the bus (and only limited to it) has a lot of stories to offer. Will the man finally end up killing himself? Will the young couple’s romance come to fruition? Will the indifferent lady ever be bothered by any of this? This play tries to answer such questions whilst talking about socially relevant issues such as caste and economic injustice.
