Synopsis

This is a story revolving around four interesting people and their curiously exciting worlds. At the centre of it is Harshada who mysteriously disappeared 20 years ago on the eve of her uncle Sadanand Kelkar’s birthday. Mr Kelkar and Harshada shared a very close bond and she would gift him a frame every year on his birthday. Even after her disappearance, the frame continues to be sent for the next 20 years. In order to find the truth about Harshada’s disappearance, Mr Kelkar hires Ajit Chitnis, a 39 year old renowned journalist who is in the news for all the wrong reasons. Mr Kelkar tells Ajit that on the day Harshada disappeared, the family was busy celebrating their company’s inception day and an accident occurred on the bridge. The bridge was shut all night and there was no other way to escape the premises. Thus, Kelkar strongly believes that Harshada was murdered on the same day by a family member who knew about the frames and has been misleading him since by sending them every year. As the case gets increasingly mysterious, Ajit is joined by Neha Sabnis and the two embark upon an adventurous ride with breathtaking revelations where one begins to question the true nature of the case itself. While working on the case Ajit begins to understand Neha’s insecurities and her fears of growing up in a world governed by men thus helping her come out of her shell. In the end, the pandora’s box opens to reveal age old family secrets and tales of exploitation under the guise of tradition and religion.
