Synopsis
Being Sartak Majudmar is a representation of how mainstream media, cinema, Television and the internet have quietly seeped into our daily lives and started to influence our preferences. Influenced from pop-culture influences, this play is an original script. With moments of reality and surrealism constantly taking the narrative forward, the story inter-mingles to form what actually is a story of innocence being lost. A story that questions censorship. And censorship that reveals the answer to a stark reality. When all things mundane begin to haunt your life would you go to the extreme bounds of imagining, to set your mind free?
